Our use of cutting edge electrical engineering technology results in a significant increase in productivity while greatly reducing downtime and thus reducing total cost of ownership.

Retrofitting and rebuilding services include: dismantling and removal of redundant control equipment and wires, installation of new equipment and panels, and power testing. As with most services provided by Eagle, retrofitting and rebuilding can be preformed either on-site at the customer's location(s), or in our facilities in Westerly, RI.

Repairs and PPM Scheduling
(Planned Preventative Maintenance)

Eagle can help you to prevent costly downtime through the implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance. PPM contracts can be established with both new and existing clients for projects of all types. PPM can be implemented across a wide range of infrastructure and machinery dramatically reducing downtime and total cost of ownership (TCO). The frequency of visits is determined by client need. These needs are assessed jointly between the client and Eagle during our initial visit to the client's facility, during which time we will help you to assess the condition of existing infrastructure and machinery.

After the completion of our initial site survey, Eagle will present the client with a status report focusing on bringing the customers machinery, equipment and/or infrastructure up to desired standards. EEI provides either 6-month, 12 month, or 3-year PPM contracts covering service, maintenance, and repair. Typically offered additional services include On-Call pager service and Emergency Response services which can be built in to most PPM contracts with Eagle Electric Incorporated. *

Control Panel and Integrated Systems Design and Building

Much of the control panel and Integrated Systems design and building Eagle performs is custom tailored to the client's needs. Our diverse experience and large internal talent-pool ensure quality at every step of this process. The client presents Eagle with a list of requirements from which our engineers develop electrical schematics, custom developed integrated electrical systems, and complete product documentation. In the majority of this work, Eagle is involved from the design phase through production and installation, to post-installation support and training.

Machinery and Process Equipment Relocation (Electrical) and Installation

Eagle Electric performs factory and corporate relocations of electrical based systems and infrastructure to fit the needs of each client. A detailed work plan is developed between Eagle project managers and the client so that relocation can be staggered over a pre-determined period of time in order to maintain productivity and minimize disruption to the client's workflow.

Relocation and Installation projects can range from simple electrical infrastructure modifications in a new facility to large-scale electrical equipment decommissioning and re-assembly of electrical systems, and complete electrical infrastructure overhauls.

Computer Aided Design (CAD) Electrical Design

4E - Eagle Electric Engineering Enterprise's engineers use AutoCAD for the development of electrical schematics. We work closely with our client's architects and structural and civil engineers to insure a cohesive blend of services and the satisfactory completion of projects, no matter the size.

Inside Plant Cabling

From inside plant cabling and cable termination to distribution systems to lighting and power distribution and analysis, Eagle Electric is capable of tackling Inside Plant projects of any size and scale. Our engineers have experience ranging from single-building power distribution upgrades to multi-facility cabling and distribution.
