About Our Team

Dan Holdridge empowers the 4E team with the support and tools they need to excel in their endeavors. At 4E, each team member’s talents and skills are honored and relied upon to ensure the mutual success of all: clients, the company, the community…as well as every individual and their family.

Bringing terrific people together and accomplishing great things is Dan’s joy. And at the end of the day he knows 4E is achieving its mission when clients and other folks let him know the company made a positive difference in their lives.

Prior to joining 4E in 2002 Dan was a General Dynamics program manager at the U.S. Pentagon. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and his Executive Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of New Haven. Dan serves on the executive board of the New London County 4-H Foundation, and is a member of the Rotary Club of The Stoningtons and the Knights of Columbus, Mystic Council #1943.

Dan’s first book, Pentagon Prayer (Later released as “Surviving September 11th – 10th Anniversary Edition”), was released September 11, 2010.

Vice President

A considerate leader, Jim Holdridge, Jr. ensures 4E’s many loyal clients receive first class customer service: clear communication, cost-saving solutions and on-time project delivery – at or below budget. And as head of 4E’s safety training program, Jim takes team members’ and clients’ physical wellbeing to heart.

Jim also takes clients under wing from start to finish, guiding them through the design and build process and ensuring successful on-site project implementation. His twenty-plus years of electrical operations experience, and extensive printing press and facility maintenance experience serve him well in his project manager role, and clients appreciate the seamless, efficient progress and attention.

When not at work, Jim likes giving back to his community, serving on the New London County 4-H Foundation board of directors and as a member of the Knights of Columbus.
